Northern Regional Jail - Northern Panhandle Head Start, Inc. Location: Moundsville, WV - 26041 Contact Phone: (304) 233-3290 Details: This partnership provides services for 8 children ages birth to 3 years old whose parents are incarcerated inclusive of pregnant women who may be incarcerated at the Northern Regional Jail. The child will receive services at the residence of the caregiver twice monthly and the incarcerated parent will receive two visits per month with the child and caregiver at the regional jail facility. The caregiver and the child are provided the opportunity to attend a socialization experience at the Benwood Early Head Start facility twice monthly. The prenatal mother receives 2 visits per month or weekly if desired. |
