Project Head Start is a federally funded, comprehensive child development program serving young children and their families. For the Head Start Program, the child must be three (3) years after October 1 of the school year. However, children turning three (3) after the school cut-off date may enroll should the program have a vacancy. Project Head Start operates half-day sessions Monday through Friday during the WKU academic year. Morning sessions are from 7:30am to 12:30pm. Afternoon sessions are from 12:30pm to 5:30pm.
