University of Delaware (UD) home-based program provides home based services for 61 families by six home visitors. The families are comprised of pregnant women and families of children from birth to three years of age, in the New Castle County including the city of Wilmington. These families receive weekly visits and emphasis is placed on the parents being their child’s first and primary educator.
