A program of Keystone Human Services, CAHS has been providing services for children and families in Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry Counties in Pennsylvania since 1988. All children in our programs receive comprehensive services, including educational, medical, dental, nutritional, and family social services. Responding to the every-changing needs of the community, we connect families with local resources that they can continue to use after their child has transitioned to kindergarten.
