Preschool Details: The Whitehall Center is located at 2300 Upper Turnpike Road, Whitehall, about 1 mile outside of the village in northern Washington County. The center was originally a one room schoolhouse and has been renovated and expanded. Programming schedule, options, and services: Center-Based Toddler program: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday; Serving 8 toddlers; Program follows the public school calendar. Center-Based Preschool program: Tuesday through Friday; AM groups run 8:00 am - 11:30 am; PM group runs 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm; Serving 34 preschoolers; Program follows the public school calendar. Hot, nutritious meals prepared on site. Bus transportation is available within limits. On site staffing includes: Site Manager/Family Worker; Family Worker; 1 HS Lead Teacher, 1 HS Assistant Teacher, 1 HS Teacher's Aide; 1 EHS Lead Teacher, 1 EHS Assistant Teacher, 1 EHS Teacher's Aide; 1 cook; 1 bus driver.
