Preschool Details: Early Head Start serves children from birth to age three and their families. The program is designed to promote the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of infants and toddlers, providing a foundation for their future growth and learning. Services are offered in either a center-based or home-based model. Staff work intensively with families to assist them in supporting the child’s development and in achieving self-sufficiency.
