Preschool Details: Northside Center’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide a comprehensive child and family development program for low-income pregnant women and children birth to age five. In addition to early childhood education, children and families receive health and nutrition services, family development support, access to mental health services, as well as supports for children with disabilities. The goal of the program is to improve child and family outcomes including school readiness, by providing a continuum of comprehensive services that support child development and family functioning.
