Preschool Details: We are on Rt. 61 at the Old Page Elementary School. There is one Head Start classroom with a maximum enrollment of 18 children. There is also a Pre-K Collaborative Classroom with a maximum enrollment of 18 slots. Both classrooms are staffed by a Teacher and a Teacher Aide Page Center also contains an Early Head Start classroom with a maximum enrollment of 8 children. This classroom is staffed by 2 Teachers. Transportation for children is provided for those living within the enrollment area of this Center. Our buses meet all DOT regulations and each Bus Driver is certified. Meals are provided by a licensed cook at the site to make delicious Breakfasts and Lunches for the children to enjoy. A wonderful fenced playground with many safe and fun age-specific toys is provided for great supervised outdoor activities. Those not familiar with Page can find us by following Rt. 61 to Page and turning onto the Page Elementary Road. Parents are welcome to visit and participate in learning activities with their children and the public is invited to enroll as volunteers to help in the classrooms.
Age Requirements:
How to Apply: Complete the application. Once you’ve completed the application, you can mail or bring it to: Fayette County Child Development, 102 Hunter St., Oak Hill, WV 25901. At the time of enrollment you will need to provide the following information: Official birth certificate from the Vital Registration Office (from the state where child was born); Complete immunization records; Verification of social security number; Verification of Well Child/Preventive Heath Exam; Proof of dental exam; Proof of residency (e.g. utility bill, lease agreement, tax statement; Proof of income (last year’s W-2, SSI, SNAP, pay stubs)
