Preschool Details: Head Start is a national program which provides comprehensive developmental services for income eligible, pre-school children aged 3 to 5 and social services for their families in the counties of Cabell, Lincoln, Mason, and Wayne. In addition, Early Head Start provides developmentally appropriate enrichment activities to infants and toddlers ages 0-3.
