Preschool Details: Head Start serves families of children 3 - 5 years old, including children with minor to severe disabilities for eligible families. Our school year begins in August and is over in late May to early June. We accept applications all year. We do restrict enrollment of current year until 60 days before our school year is over. There is no charge for our services. Head Start is licensed by North Carolina Division of Child Development and Early Education. Services provided include: Transportation; Dental Services; Nutritional Services; Disability Services for Special Needs Children; Health Screenings; Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks; Family Services
