Eligible Requirements: You must be a resident of Fairfax County, fall within the federal income eligibility guidelines, and the child must be between the range of infant to 5 years-old. Pregnant women are served through the Early Head Start program.

How to Apply: Before you can enroll your child/children in the Higher Horizons Head Start & Early Head Start program, you must meet the US Department of Health and Human Services Income Guidelines. If you meet these requirements, and would like to apply, please download our Enrollment Application. Bring your completed application and the required documents to Higher Horizons Day Care Center, Inc. to get started! Applications are accepted all-year round.
