Preschool Details: Early Head Start Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) is a partnership between Early Head Start and the School Readiness financial assistance program to offer working parents or those attending school up to 10 hours of high-quality child care with comprehensive services at limited child care sites. Early Head Start will cover six hours at no cost to the parent, and the other four hours will be covered by School Readiness financial assistance with little cost to the parent.
Eligible Requirements: To participate in the program, a parent must be eligible for and be on the wait list for Early Head Start and School Readiness financial assistance. A parent must be working, attending school or a combination of both for at least 20 hours a week. A parent must be a county resident of Orange or Seminole. Children must between the ages of 6 weeks and 3 years old.
Age Requirements: 6 weeks - 3 years old
How to Apply: Current photo ID: Driver’s license, state issued ID card, student ID or passport that has not expired. Proof of age: Child’s birth certificate, including birth certificates for all children in the household not applying for services. Proof of all income for each household member: Most recent six weeks of pay stubs, which must include your gross pay and hours. Also, please provide most recent federal income tax return Form 1040, recent print out of child support (showing last 12 months if applicable), and/or public assistance such as SSI. Also, please provide your award SSA or SSD for yourself or your children. If enrolled in school, you must provide official class registration, class schedule and financial aid documents. Please submit all proof of income for each family member. Two proof of residency: Current lease agreement, mortgage statement or most recent utility bill (electricity, water or gas) in your name. If you live with someone and do not have any of these documents, contact 4C for the Proof of Residency form to be completed by the person with whom you live
