Preschool Details: Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. (4C) is the approved non-federal entity that provides Early Head Start services for Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. Early Head Start provides early, continuous, intensive and comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income families with infants and toddlers, and pregnant women and their families. Head Start combines services such as Education, Early Childhood Development, Health, Nutrition, Mental Health, Disability Services, Family Support Services, and Parental Involvement with the goal of enhancing your child’s life and building a strong family unit. Through these services, Head Start hopes to empower your child with the confidence to excel in school and achieve self-sufficiency as an adult. For more than 50 years, Head Start has provided children the hope of overcoming and fulfilling their dreams. Head Start alumni, equipped with a love of learning, have gone on to become educators, doctors, lawyers, military personnel, artists, engineers, religious and civic leaders and scientists.
