Preschool Details: Educare Washington, DC, is an early childhood education school and community center built to serve the children and families of Washington, DC. We engage and empower parents in their children’s learning and provide high-quality education through small class sizes and cutting-edge teaching methods.
Eligible Requirements: Educare is funded in part by Head Start and Early Head Start, so families must meet Head Start eligibility requirements to qualify for enrollment. Children with special needs are encouraged to apply. Specifically, families must demonstrate the following to be eligible for our program: Proof of child’s age: Child’s birth certificate; Proof of address: Utility bill, lease agreement with your name on it; Proof of income: Tax return, check stubs, SSI or TANF award letter
Age Requirements: 6 weeks to 5 years old
