Preschool Details: Mission Statement: To provide a quality and comprehensive Head Start program for the children and families that we serve. Incorporating other services directed toward promoting total family self-sufficiency, encouraging parents to take an active role in the education of their children and transitioning the children into the school system by mobilizing all available resources through community awareness, involvement, and support.
Eligible Requirements: Any child who will be 3 or 4 years old before September 30th. You must live in Fauquier County and meet the income requirements (special circumstances will be taken into consideration). Foster, Homeless and families that receive TANF or SSI are automatically eligible.
Age Requirements: 3-4 years old
How to Apply: Bring all required documentation to the main office. A staff member will assist you in filling out an application. Documents needed for registration: Birth Certificate - Raised Seal with State Number; Social Security Cards - For all Family Members; Medicaid Card - If Applicable; Immunization Record; Custody & child support Information - If Applicable; Picture ID with Fauquier County Address; Current Pay Stub or Employment Verification W-2 Forms and 2013 Tax Return; Other Income Verification - i.e. SSI, Unemployment; Department of Social Service Income Verification- i.e TANF
