Preschool Details: The Carroll County Head Start and Kentucky Preschool Programs services eligible three and four year-old children. Each lead teacher meets or exceeds the degree credentials as defined in the Head Start Regulations. The Carroll County Early Head Start program serves eligible children ages birth to three. We also provide prenatal services to pregnant women. Each nurturer is CDA credentialed and trained in best practices for infant/toddler development.
