Preschool Details: BETHEL CENTER: Is housed in a church located directly across the street from the Slater Community Center and next door to the Winbrook Public Housing building. FSW offers an AM/PM Head Start/Universal Pre-kindergarten combined funding program.
Eligible Requirements: Applicants must show proof of being a resident of the White Plains school district (utility bill, phone bill) and a birth certificate. Applicants must meet federal income eligibility requirements.
